R. Keith Harding, CEO
R. Keith Harding is an established and well respected IT industry veteran and one of the founders of RYAN Consulting Group, Inc. He brings to RYAN a proven track record of leadership at Cognos, IBM, Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS – US Department of Defense), and the Marine Corps as well as over 14 years of IT consulting and management expertise. Prior to joining RYAN, Keith was the Enterprise Manager for several business intelligence initiatives in Cognos global consulting. He was extensively involved in the Business Intelligence System development and deployment at DFAS (DoD).
Ranson Ricks, President
Mr. Ricks has more than 30 years of leadership and management experience with the Department of Defense and the private sector. As a 25-year U.S. Army veteran, Mr. Ricks has five years of command experience with direct responsibility for leading personnel and managing millions in assets. He spent his last 10 years in the Army managing and delivering information technology solutions and technical projects directly supporting contingency operations. After leaving the military, he joined RYAN and served as a Senior Systems Engineer and Project Manager directing business applications software development and operations as well as customer support Customs and Border Protection National Finance Center; then assumed the role of Operations Director overseeing program managers and directing the delivery of services for all revenue generating programs. Mr. has a B.S., Electronic Engineering Technology from Savannah State Univ.; Masters in Engineering Management from Saint Martin’s Univ.; and a Master of Military Operational Art and Science from Air Univ. He also earned both the CIO and IT Project Management graduate certificates from the National Defense University.
Denise Redding, Senior Vice President of Finance
Ms. Redding has over 20 years of Accounting, Auditing and Finance experience in the public and private sectors with emphasis in financial statement preparation, budgeting, forecasting, and policy/procedure development. Prior to joining RYAN, Ms. Redding was an Audit Manager for a CPA firm where she performed OMB Circular A-133 audits for not-for-profit entities for several government agencies. Ms. Redding has a B. S. Degree in Accounting and Corporate Finance.
Clifford Hall, Senior Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Hall has more than 40 years of experience in the development and management of Centers of Excellence. Before his retirement as a senior manager with the Air Force, Mr. Hall was responsible for the Air Force Materiel Command’s (AFMC) Software Factory, where all legacy systems and interface gateways for critical networks and applications were managed. With extensive experience in both public and private sector, Mr. Hall has developed and led organizations charged with the management of millions of dollars in military IT assets. He has executive leadership in software development/maintenance, network architecture, data architecture, software re-use, software conversion, business process reengineering, and program management. Mr. Hall holds an AS in Electronics from Alabama A&M University, a BS in Computer Science from Capital University, and a MS in Natural Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
Tiffany Hollis, Director of Human Resources
Ms. Hollis has over 6 years of Human Resource experience specializing in employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, and performance management. Ms. Hollis is a graduate of Indiana State University earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Minoring in Human Resource Development. She is also a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University where she obtained her Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management.
