On September 2, 2008 Ryan Consulting Group was awarded a sole source contract for IT services in support of the Command Human Resources Intelligence System (CHRIS) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.
CHRIS is a Human Resources Management tool that integrates data from DoD Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), AF Military Personnel Data System (MilPDS), AF Manpower Programming and Execution System (MPES), AFMC Employee Training Management System (ETMS). This system is the AFMC tool to meet the workforce shaping needs of the command. It is centrally managed and maintained at Wright-Patterson AFB Ohio. The primary users of the CHRIS are located at AFMC installations, but are not limited to these locations. Other groups of users may be located at other government facilities.
RYAN was selected as prime contractor to provide The 554th Electronic Systems Group (ELSG) at Wright Patterson AFB Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services for the Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS) Program Management Office (PMO). As part of a comprehensive Financial Management Transformation Team initiative, DEAMS will provide an integrated Financial Management CFO compliant turn-key solution that will implement financial management functionality to create an enterprise financial information view. RYAN will inspect all aspects of the DEAMS program including reports, conversions, extensions, workflows, programs, interfaces, and configurations for the DEAMS Systems Integrator. This project is a significant undertaking that will dramatically change the way USTRANSCOM, USAF and DFAS perform financial management.
On October 8, 2009, RYAN was selected as the prime contractor to provide Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services for the Expeditionary Combat Support System (ECSS) Program Management Office (PMO). The mission of the ECSS program is to improve Air Force logistics processes and decrease support cost by implementing Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software and improving supporting processes, procedures, and policies consistent with the Logistics Enterprise Architecture (LogEA). The Ryan Mission Assurance IV&V Methodology is specifically designed to provide ERP implementation program managers the quantitative and qualitative predictive insight to evaluate their programs and identify, assess and recommend risk mitigation strategies. On March 16, 2011, RYAN was selected as the prime contractor to provide Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services for the Air Force Integrated Personnel and Pay (AF-IPPS) Program. The RYAN IV&V Team will observe the AF-IPPS Program Management staff, development staff, review project activities to understand the processes, procedures, and tools used in the AF-IPPS Program environment, and review and analyze for adherence to accepted industry standards. As a result of these interactions and reviews, the RYAN IV&V will produce a structured assessment report that objectively illustrates the strengths and weaknesses of the AF-IPPS Program.

RYAN has been awarded the Contractor Supported Weapon System Data Exchange (CSWS DE) Contract
On 11 September 2012, the Air Force (AF) awarded a contract worth up to $6M to RYAN for software maintenance support of the Case Management Control System (CMCS). CMCS is an AF Information System that assists in the planning, execution, and management of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases. It provides management information, financial, administrative budget, and departmental financial support.
