Dedicated service desk to handle receipt, update and disposition of service calls as well as reconciliation of all service calls.  We will track all calls to ensure of warranty, maintenance and compliance. All technicians are certified to perform break-fix activities  

Project Support Operations
Provide project support operations.  Projects range from large scale PC replacement to memory upgrades. We use the same methodology to handle to ensure consistent and positive completion of each project.

Onsite/On call Support Staff
Dedicated resources assigned to support onsite issues during normal business hours as well as an on call roster to support after hour needs when necessary.

Image Development Management
Technical staff members have extensive experience with various PC platform management systems such as Altiris, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Novell Zenworks, and several homegrown deployment and management tools.  Our team has been directly involved in the building, testing, and deployment of PC images across different operating systems and hardware manufacturer platforms.

Preventive Maintenance
Preventive maintenance programs are a system of examinations, scheduled diagnostics, repairs and corrections that are used to prevent breakdowns, failures, and other problems.
