On September 2, 2008 Ryan Consulting Group was awarded a sole source contract for IT services in support of the Command Human Resources Intelligence System (CHRIS) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.
CHRIS is a Human Resources Management tool that integrates data from DoD Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), AF Military Personnel Data System (MilPDS), AF Manpower Programming and Execution System (MPES), AFMC Employee Training Management System (ETMS). This system is the AFMC tool to meet the workforce shaping needs of the command. It is centrally managed and maintained at Wright-Patterson AFB Ohio. The primary users of the CHRIS are located at AFMC installations, but are not limited to these locations. Other groups of users may be located at other government facilities.
