RYAN was recently awarded 754th Electronics Systems Group Expeditionary Combat Support System (ECSS) Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) contract.

On October 8, 2009, RYAN was selected as the prime contractor to provide Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services for the Expeditionary Combat Support System (ECSS) Program Management Office (PMO). The mission of the ECSS program is to improve Air Force logistics processes and decrease support cost by implementing Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software and improving supporting processes, procedures, and policies consistent with the Logistics Enterprise Architecture (LogEA). The Ryan Mission Assurance IV&V Methodology is specifically designed to provide ERP implementation program managers the quantitative and qualitative predictive insight to evaluate their programs and identify, assess and recommend risk mitigation strategies. RYAN will assess the PMO's program plans, processes, risks, metrics, organizational structure, adherence to required policies and stakeholder interactions to ensure the effective and successful implementation of its ERP solution. Deployed within the Global Combat Support System-Air Force (GCSS-AF), ECSS will provide an enterprise-level view of logistics information supporting decision-making at all levels.
