Senior VP of Business Development
Mr. Hall has more than 40 years of experience in the development and management of Centers of Excellence. Before his retirement as a senior manager with the Air Force, Mr. Hall was responsible for the Air Force Materiel Command’s (AFMC) Software Factory, where he managed the development and lifecycle operations for all legacy systems and interface gateways for mission critical Air Force networks and applications. With extensive experience in both public and private sectors, Mr. Hall has developed and led organizations charged with the management of millions of dollars in military IT assets. He has executive leadership in software development/maintenance, network architecture, data architecture, software re-use, software conversion, business process re-engineering, and program management. Mr. Hall holds an AS in Electronics from Alabama A&M University, a BS in Computer Science from Capital University, and a MS in Natural Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
